THE CURRENT EFFORT TO FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND ACTIVITIES OF THE HOUSE TO INCLUDE CURRENT APPROVAL OF SECOND READING OF BILL ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE TO CORDINATE POLICIES IN NIGERIA.

The attorney general of federal and minister of Justice in Nigeria  MR ABUBAKAR ALIMI said nobody is exempted from investigated for corruption, MR. ALIMI stated this in Abuja while holding Christians and journalist by the inauguration of the committee and counsel expert review of the implementation of  United Nation Convention against corruption (UNCAC).

According to the reporter of the event who said that the attorney General of Federation and Minister of Justice MR ABUBAKAR ALIMI while reacting to the arrest of seven judicial officers by the Department of the State Service (DSS) said the issue is never an alleged crime committed and ought to be investigated. MR ABUBAKAR ALIMI explained that ever than this constitutional exempted from prosecution and that everyone could be subjected to investigation.

Meanwhile, the attorney general of federation had augmented the committee to review the implementation of the United State Convention against Corruption; the regulation marks the second title of review of the convention, and how to handle security measures in assets recovery. MR ABUBAKAR ALIMI also said that the committee is to ensure that measures for assets recovery are duly established.

The Federal Crime persons for the Committee from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission MR. MADUBE TUKUR said they move with the loaded government to prosecute the offenders. According to him he ensured that all these crime committed already will be properly investigated and brought to book. MR. He also said that the affected judicial officers had not been invited for questioning by the SSS before the arrest. According to MR. CHIMBA, he said that the house have to resolve that these crimes will dissolve in the introduction of some codes concern citizens which could lead to anarchy.

Consequent upon this presentation, the house resolved to set up an adverse committee to invade all cases of what they turned out on ovation that had been carried out by the SSS in Abia state government house, EKITI and ZAMFARA state houses of Assembly for matter all related to its lawfully described duties.
