CURRENT SITUATIONS TO SETTLE IN NIGERIAN EDUCATIONAL SECTOR

The Lagos state Government in Nigeria said that He will no longer allow private schools that not registered and approved by the ministry of education to operate in the `state. The deputy governor of the state DR. IDAIYET ADEBELE stated this during the form of parties of private school in the state.

According the reporter of the event who said that thinking of the event, the deputy governor of Lagos state DR. IDAIYET ADEBELE who presented latest approval to some unique private schools; while the government will not hesitate to withdraw the license of any school operating below the established standard and regulation, DR. IDAIYET ADEBELE explained that culprits should be mean to face the wrath of the law if found wanting.

The head teacher of one of the classes who took them around the classes described the situation as alarming.  According to the head teacher of the school who said that the expectations they have before resumption was that the student will turn out well, but the case is the opposite and he said that the hardship in the country has contributed as well.

Another principal of the private school called Kparavian State has exonerated the hardship parents are passing through. She said that some of the parents expressed sadness as the economy of the nation has forced them to withdraw their worth children from their schools.  One of the parents explained that the current economic situation had made parent not to meet up with the educational demands of their kids, which as well have forced the parents to withdraw their children from school due to poor and lack of salary to workers in the state. He expressed dissatisfaction towards the condition of the nonpayment of salary which had made him to withdraw his own children from school as well.

Some of the students who said that they had been derided from their schools because of nonpayment of salary to workers, and as a result their parents can no longer afford to pay their school fees and they described the situation as frustrating as their parent could not pay their school fees.

Some of the public secondary schools visited; most of the teachers seen were sitting under chairs engaged in conversations.

SEPTEMBER 16 OF EVERY YEAR HAS BEEN OBSERVED AS THE NATIONAL ORDINANCE DAY IN NIGERIA

The Nassarawa State director of the National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Nigeria ILAISHO IYAKWARI  has been enjoin the  people of the state to inspect national symbols and leaders to promote the good image of the country. MR. IYAKWARA made the call in Lafia the capital of Nassarawa state in Nigeria to tropical awareness campaign organized the Aero Aid Common Wealth this year’s National Ordinance Day.

According to the reporter of the event from Lafia who said that every September 16th is observed as the National Ordinance day in Nigeria. The day is set aside to create awareness and to enjoin in the consciousness of the Nigerian features of National Symbols such as Nigerian Flag, National Anthem, and the National Pledge, the Coat of Arm, the constitution, the currency, the international passport and the National Identity Card. The day is significant because it host the date the flag and Coat of Arms ordinance No 48 came into existence in 1960.

The Nassarawa State Director of National Orientation Agency (NOA) ILAISHO IYAKWARI who led the sensitization campaign team comprising staff of the Agency and members of the war against indiscipline, wild Brigade to some public places in LAFIA the state capital said it was an offense to host tattered Nigerian flag, squeezed Naira Note and to raise our National Anthem had as been rendered, according to ILAISHO IYAKWARI , He said that it’s an offense for one to use our National Flags as a table Mat or as window flyers like cottons; that we need to hang the National flags when there is commit protest, it is even serious offense for you to even do that in the naira Note.

MR. ILAISHO IYAKWARI stressed the need for Nigerians to engender love, acceptance and respect for National Symbols, he also encourage Nigerians to embark the culture of hosting Nigerian Flags in their offices, Homes, business premises and vehicles to promote the good image of the country. Half parents of the event was display of the National symbols such as coat of arm, Naira Note, Nigeria Flag and rendition of National Anthem.

A health expert DR. GODWIN ITADO has warns taking anti malaria drugs for fever without laboratory test to know what causes the condition is dangerous to health, this is because fever is common symptom of malaria and many other ailments. DR. GODWIN ITADO who is the deputy director Case Management Ground National Malaria Eradication Program in Federal Ministry of Health in Nigeria, gave thIs warning at an interactive section of the health Auditors in Lagos on the field operating of Malaria.

According to the reporter of the events who said those issues such as low malaria hepatize, none or poor use against lasting insecticide treatment. Poor malaria treatment low resistance, no resistance scheme of the disease, lack of diagnoses or unwarned laboratory results were in recent addressed issues. DR. THE CURRENT ISSUE OF DELAYED WORKERS SALARIE IN BENUE STATE NIGERIA

Civil Servants in Benue State yesterday Tuesday 14th of September 2016 resumed work after the Idia Kabo Salvation, EMMANUEL GWAZA UMAN said the resumption observed that the staff of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria proceeded to an indefinite strike to protest the delaying of the payment of the April Salary.

According to reporter from Benue state who said that despite the holiday, all civil servant in Benue state resumed for work at the state and federal secretarial, the staff report that they have enhanced things and are ready to discharge their duties. According to one of the staff who said that he will do everything possible to execute his duties effective and he also said that is a sacrifice he has to do for his nation Nigeria.

The resumption of work has also bring about a set back as the Radio Benue corporation and staff shut down the station in protest over the delayed of the payment of their April Salary and those reported on duty were returned back by Union  leaders.

The town chairman GOOD COMERADE SOLOMON AKPUGBO stated that the action returned inevitably, pointing out that it was the first time the corporation will be denied salaries while other civil servants are smiling home with their pay. COMERADE SOLOMON AKPUGBO still asked “is it promises from commissioner of finance and commissioner of   information that they are going to pay by end of day? And he said that if they do not pay by end of Monday the 13th of September 2016, it then means that work will no longer continue, he also said that it is their conviction that there are people out there that are not paying attention to what they all preach.

His NJ counterpart COMRADE DENDI UMAR explained that the decision will not be receded until the right people understand. According to him he said that the last time they collected their Monthly Salary was in March 2016 and today they are talking of the April Salary in September 2016.

The commissioner for information and Orientation CHIEF OBIAGE later visited and agreed with the Federal Radio Corporation staff that their concern will be addressed before the end of the day. According to the CHIEF OBIAGE who said that he had discussed with the accountant General and he confirm to him that their issued are being addressed and he also talked to commissioner for Finance and he still confirm the same thing. He said that He believe before they complete the business all the staff of the Corporation will collect their salaries and put this issue to rest.
