THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA HAS DISSOLVED THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE NIGER-DELTA POWER HOLDING COMPANY NIGERIA LIMITED/THE ONGOING RECRUITMENT OF NIGERIAN POLICE EXERCISE IN EDO STATE NIGERIA


The federal government of Nigeria has dissolved the executive management of the Niger-Delta Power Holding Company Nigeria Limited, following the dissolution, the Managing Director of the Company had been directed to hand over immediately to MR. CHINEDU UGBO  had been appointed the acting management of the company.

Consequently, other director of the company and the General manager Audit had been directed to hand over to the main senior people in the department of the company. The Federal Government expressed dis-appreciation in the disengageD of the main officers to the service
EDO State Governor in Nigeria ADAMS OSHOMOLE also said the ongoing recruitment of Nigerian Police exercise is timely and reposition of the force to function effectively giving the present security challenges in the country. He stated this when assistant commissioner of police zone two lagos state A.I.G BALAHASON who visited government house Benin City Nigeria.

According to reporter from Benin City that Governor ADMS OSHOMOLE expressed optimism that the exercise will help reduce the number of persons that depends on private security, also he said that he had confidence in AIG BAHALASON to conduct the counseling excersise. Governor OSHOMOLE also commended the commissioner of police of the State Chris Evite for his effort of riding Edo State of Criminals  as they no longer operate in impunity. Earlier AIG BAHALASON had stated the ongoing recruitment exercise at the OJIDA Barracks as smooth and solicited government continued corporation.

AIG BAHALASON in charge of Zone Two Lagos who heads recruitment for Bayelsa, Delta and Edo State was the commissioner of police in Edo State Ten years ago.
