CURRENT NIGERIAN PILGRIM’S COMMISSION APPROVED TRAVELLING EXCAHNGE RATE

The Central Bank of Nigeria saving rate says that the 97 naira exchange rate given to the pilgrims is not a conception rate in view with the agreement entered with the pilgrim’s commission earlier this year. The governor of the bank MR. GODWIN ENISHOBE instituted these with an interview with the news men, he briefly said that the exchange rate was agreed upon earlier in March this year for introduction of a new foreign exchange rate policy in exercise with the CBN fulfilled obligation as a govern, stressing that professional treatment was not given to the resident pilgrims as Christian pilgrims will earn their benefits.

According to the CBN governor MR. GODWIN ENISHOBE he said that it was agreed at the market trade pirated at the rate of N197 naira to be paid as rate and the National pilgrim’s Commission passed the information to the state. Now according to him the pilgrim makes their advance payment to the state and the state pass it to the National.

The same information said that the APEX Banks as above all other institutions has to fulfill its contract , and according to reporter from apex bank who said that they are in  business and they must have to respect Christ as business people, and had it been that an adjustment made in 1997; they would not have come back to the same direction and there was a procedure they previously accustomed to, which they must have to follow the laid down procedure by Central Bank of Nigeria and International PDF Commission for Muslim and Christian pilgrims  in payment. The CBN over again issued secular  directing all bank to give pilgrims personal travelling allowance into air at the rate of N197 naira .

Similarly the chairman National Health Commission of Nigeria MALLAM ABDULLAHIM ATTARU said there is no confession of agreement between the federal government and the commission in the approved exchange rate for the pilgrims this year’s as launch. MALLAM ABDULLAHIM stated this in Abuja Nigeria as the now briefing which he said that Parents pays their military brokers abroad by agencies not at the  accepted rate and domiciled in our account in Central Bank of  Nigeria and foreign rate exchange is above expiring date as March this year. And by so doing they have already taken their responsibility of giving payment consideration and payment that exceeds all payment.

MALLAM ABDULLAHIM ATTARU also explained why the commission took their responsibility in Hajji fare, which according to him he said that this is necessary for the interest of awareness of security, and he said that they don’t allow people to go and thrust any amount they say they wish and travel outside the country in the name of Hajji and that is the security and diplomatic issue between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. He added that federal government will not sponsor anyone for Hajji, he provided counseling mode of code and security services for Nigerians in Saudi Arabia.
